As a business owner, you know that keeping your equipment in good repair is essential to ensure that your employees can tackle the day’s job right away. Unfortunately, your commercial building’s roof is often far from your thoughts until it stops providing the protection you rely on to keep your work going without issue. Leaks, water damage, and other problems with your roof can slow up your day. Commercial roof repairs can help you get your roof back into good shape so your work continues without pause.
Commercial Roof Damage
Your building can take a beating from the weather year in and year out. Brutal winter snowstorms and summer thunderstorms with strong winds can create immediate damage that results in water damage or leaks. Over time, your roofing material can fail even without a severe damaging storm from mother nature. Commercial building damage is a severe issue when leaks can damage your business equipment, computers, and merchandise and even create slip hazards for your employees and customers alike. When you start to notice damage to your commercial building’s roof, it’s time to call in the professionals. Don’t wait until a small leak or water damage spot becomes a much bigger problem. Often, the longer your wait, the more expensive and extensive the repair will be for your roof, requiring more material and work hours. In some cases, you may find that if you wait too long, you’ll need to replace your roof rather than repair it.
Commercial Roof Inspections and Estimates
One of the first steps you’ll want to take is getting a roof inspection and estimate for any necessary repairs that will need to be done to get your roof back into tip-top shape. A professional inspection will closely examine your roof and look for any areas that are already damaged and areas that are getting ready to fail without being addressed. After the inspection is completed, an estimate will be created with all of the things that need to be repaired on your roof to get it back to protecting your interior. You may be given some options to help fit your needs, such as prioritizing the repairs so they can be done in stages.
Commercial Roof Repairs
After the inspection and estimate have been provided, you’ll need to agree to a particular plan of action for your commercial roof repairs. All repairs will be done as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure that your roof is ready to handle the next storm that comes it’s way. Once completed, you will have peace of mind that your business is once again protected.

Google Reviews of Our Commercial Roof Repair
I would have given Cheyenne 5 stars for product and delivery alone. My rep Eric was responsive and professional. Their price was competitive. And the installation was completed quickly, cleanly and looks great. But the reason I’m taking the time to write a review is because what owner Ken did today went above and beyond all expectations. Due to circumstances beyond both our control, we had to stop installation halfway in, scrap it and install another (more expensive) roof. But Ken didn’t want to charge for a mistake I didn’t make…so he didn’t. He is sticking to his rep’s original quote, which is about the most decent and honorable act I’ve witnessed in the business world of late. I would recommend Cheyenne to anyone looking for a new roof or a new job.
